Chaas/Buttermilk Recipe

Quantity- 04 Glasses

Recipe Time- About 06 mins.

Ingredients

Fresh Whisked Dahi(Curd)-02 Glasses

Jeera Powder(Cumin Seeds)- 01 tsp

Green Chilli and Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp

Kala Namak(Black Salt)- 1/2 tsp

Salt as per requirement

Pinch of Hing(asafoetida)

Jeera Seeds(Cumin Seeds)-1/4 tsp

* For garnishing you can use Chopped Green Dhaniya(Green Coriander)

How To Prepare

Take a Bowl and Mix Curd, Jeera Powder(Cumin Seeds), Green Chilli and Ginger paste, Kala Namak(Black Salt). Mix it well.

Add four glasses of water mix it and keep aside.

Take a pan and heat some oil, add some Jeera powder(cumin seeds) till it got crackle then add some Hing(asafoetida).

Add buttermilk to it.

Garnish it with Green Dhaniya(coriander) and serve chilled.
